this is the 8.5 inch plate in Sage, perfect for salads, tapas, and serving small appetizers.
Each piece is food safe + dishwasher safe and microwave safe, though microwave use weakens the piece over time.
it has a satin matte finish on top, the backside is unglazed. The clay is fully vitrified but the matte finish of the clay will temporarily absorb water.
don’t stress, it will quickly air dry.
Oils are safe to use on the plates, as dishwashing will remove any residue.
