this is the 3.5 inch plate in one of our new claybodies, Rojo. the perfect little mise en place dish for any spice, seasoning, or salt. it's beautifully colored yet it's very rough in texture. we enjoy using it to open up garlic by rubbing it on the surface before pouring oil for dipping or opening up other flavors.. perfect for dips, seasonings, and jams.
